Gear5world Shipping Policy

1. Ordering and Stock Availability We make every effort to guarantee product availability. If there is a stock discrepancy after an order, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery: Free for mainland France and International.
  • Insured Delivery: Fees will be determined at checkout.

3. Shipping Time and Delivery

  • Order processing: within 2 working days after payment.
  • Shipping time: up to 3 business days.
  • Delivery time: 10 to 15 working days on average.

The maximum deadline is 4 working weeks. If an order does not arrive within 4 weeks, contact us at gear5world@gmail.com with your order details.

4. Change of Address A change of address is possible within 24 hours following your order. After that, no changes will be accepted.

5. Delivery Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: Only by postal services.
  • Military bases: Deliveries not available.

6. Tracking A tracking link will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

7. Damaged Packages If a package is damaged upon receipt, refuse it and contact us immediately at gear5world@gmail.com.

8. Duties and Taxes Sales tax is included in our prices. Import duties and taxes may apply for international deliveries.

9. Cancellations Cancellations are possible before the order is shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

10. Insurance Packages are insured for damage or loss up to the declared value. If a package is confirmed as lost, we will offer you a return at our expense or a voucher of equivalent value.
