Edward Newgate King of Artist Figure: The stature of Whitebeard
Standing at 33 cm, the Edward Newgate King of Artist figure by Banpresto is one of the most imposing in the range. Whitebeard stands tall, upright and serene, his immense bisento in hand, in a posture that inspires respect at first glance.
The PVC statuette meticulously details every element of his legendary outfit: black bandana, white crescent moustache, open black shirt, wide yellow belt, light-colored trousers, and a white captain's coat with red lining draped over his shoulders. The King of Artist line is renowned for its quality sculpting, and this large format is a superb showcase of it.
Whitebeard, the world's strongest man
Captain of the Whitebeard Pirates and one of the Four Emperors, Edward Newgate was considered the strongest man in the world. His Devil Fruit, the Gura Gura no Mi, allowed him to trigger gigantic earthquakes capable of splitting the sky and the sea.
Considering his men his sons, he led the Summit War at Marineford to save Portgas D. Ace and fought one of the most heroic final battles in the saga.
