The Cross Guild is a new organization never before seen in the One Piece universe, formed by a surprising trio of key characters: Buggy the Clown, Sir Crocodile, and Dracule Mihawk.
Cross Guild Training and Members
The dissolution of the Grand Corsair system led to the unexpected formation of the Cross Guild . Following this event, Sir Crocodile contacted Mihawk for the creation of an alliance. Buggy the Clown, owing money to Sir Crocodile, found himself associated with the two protagonists. This unexpected alliance propelled Buggy the Clown to the forefront of the world stage, making him the leader in the eyes of the world.
Baggy the Clown: The Reluctant Leader
Baggy the Clown , despite his comical appearance and apparent lack of seriousness, found himself at the heart of this powerful alliance. His reputation and previous lies contributed to this image of leader. In addition, he was not expected to have a prominent place on the Cross Guild poster, which ultimately suits Crocodile and Mihawk who see this as a strategic cover. 
Objectives and Operation
The Cross Guild 's main goal is to defy the World Government by placing bounties on the heads of Navy officers, thus reversing the usual bounty hunting dynamic in the One Piece universe.

The Cross Guild quickly grew in popularity, changing the power dynamics in the world of One Piece and redistributing the cards in the piracy scene in a whole new way.
